This place didn’t even give me a chance to review their services because they wouldn’t take my Groupon even though it hadn’t expired and they never answer the phone, you call to make an appointment and then they text you back. They didn’t even try to work with me with my groupon, so not going to even try this place. Horrible customer service

This place changed hands recently. The new owners renamed it Nail Studio and are just having their grand opening. I went there today and it was great. Nice place, pleasant people, great service and I got a good pedicure at a good price. It's my new go to place and I definitely recommend it.
This place DID NOT SERVICE ME WHEN I purchased through Groupon! This place posted advertising on Groupon offering deals and did not service me. They claimed that they were "booked" until after my voucher expired. Do not waste your money or time! IF I COULD RATE NO STARS I WOULD. PAY ATTENTION TO THE OTHER REVIEWS THIS ISSUE IS CONSTANTLY REOCCURRING!
They never answer the phone and they are by appointment only. In the past I have gone out of my way to make my appointment in person because nobody answers the phone ever. Like other reviewers they don’t care too much if you have a groupon they do kind of ignore you.
