The receptionists are disgustingly rude and unprofessional. It's to the point where I'm actually uncomfortable to schedule appointments with my own family physician. They should have been FIRED long ago!!!!
This family health team provided the best patient-centered care I have experienced. Their team of doctors and administrative staff were friendly, supportive, and available when I needed them most. Dr. Ong was very thorough and attentive. Kadia was friendly and well organized.
I’d initially written such an angry review after my fibromyalgia diagnosis. Simply because of the pain & how long it took. None of those issues are faults of the lovely doctor who treated me from age 2-28 or 29. Dr. Susan Oliver had no idea what was going on at home to attribute to my condition. She had no idea of the trauma held within my body. She did however let me know a few years ago that I most likely had ADHD & now that that is confirmed, I know I do not need FM meds; but ADHD meds. I’ve been going to see Dr. Moss for years and it is so refreshing to have a doctor listen to what is wrong and make me feel validated. She has helped me immensely and is someone who genuinely cares. Also Kadia at reception is so kind hearted and always makes sure to call me back if I leave a voicemail and always tries her best to get me in as soon as possible.
