Dr. Simon Hendy is our new family doctor. I was impressed on his views and suggestions on medication for pain and the methodology he recommends on my case. A very neatly appearance shows interest on the health of his pensions
Honestly the doctor I was seeing was the worst. Won’t say her name for legal purposes, she knows who she is. She basically overdosed me on blexten and ignored my concerns. Now antihistamines don’t even work on me. She denied my requests for certain testing that my new doctor didn’t think twice about, belittled me for my stutter/speech impediment. Receptionist was so rude and messed up my appointment time by booking 2 patients with the same first name, then told me the time for the other patient. Made me wait 1.5 hrs with my kids, only to have to walk out (due to overlapping appointmets caused by the receptionist error). Now Receptionist is ignoring my pharmacists calls for refills on meds.
I've been going to Dr Moss for well over 20 yrs and I'm really happy with her. My entire family goes to her, and I was even able to refer a friend some years back. She addresses concerns immediately and doesn't hesitate to refer you to a specialist if needed. She really cares. She had the same receptionist up until recently and we LOVED her because we always felt taken care of. But... now she's taken on a new role since the office manager retires. My doctor of thirty plus years is wonderful. However, reception is a total disaster. You can't even get a phone call answered and arranging appointments or other business is next to impossible. Online system does not work but it's obvious that's they only way they want to communicate with you. Dr. Oliver 5 stars office admin. 0 stars
