I've been going to Dr Moss for well over 20 yrs and I'm really happy with her. My entire family goes to her, and I was even able to refer a friend some years back. She addresses concerns immediately and doesn't hesitate to refer you to a specialist if needed. She really cares. She had the same receptionist up until recently and we LOVED her because we always felt taken care of. But... now she's taken on a new role since the office manager retires. My doctor of thirty plus years is wonderful. However, reception is a total disaster. You can't even get a phone call answered and arranging appointments or other business is next to impossible. Online system does not work but it's obvious that's they only way they want to communicate with you. Dr. Oliver 5 stars office admin. 0 stars
Don’t bother leaving voice mail, reception doesn’t return call anymore.
Have been going to Dr. Taylor for 36 years! She has been a patient and calming physician to me through many seasons of life and my daughter and son also continue to be her patients. My elderly mother receives very compassionate care from Dr. Azer as well. Sometimes the receptionists are "no nonsense" but overall we are so thankful for the professional and knowledgeable care we have received.
