I have long, thick, very curly hair, and in the past it has taken up to five hours just to get my hair done. do NOT come in for a walk-in. Do NOT let the older lady do your hair on the front most left. I have very, very thick hair, and she over thinned my hair, which has never happened before. I asked her to fix the back, and she kept cutting my hair shorter and shorter when I originally just wanted 1/2 inch cut. I was so embarrassed to walk out afterward, but I did not want her "fixing" my hair anymore.
