We couldn't be happier with speed of the application process, the communication, and seamless move in process with Your Place. Move in was a smooth process with clear instructions and we love the technology (keyless home, rentvine app, etc). Highly recommend.
I rented an apartment in Plano that they manage. The property was affordable so not the best maintained which I was fine with. I had to put in a few maintenance request over the year. The work was sloppy and poor. I decided to not sign a new lease. The lady Sara asked me to stay that they can get me new cabinets and maybe even work on the price.
