I got my hair done here, my hair past my butt, I asked for it to be cut to my low back. Now my hair is only two inches past my shoulders My styles also didn’t know how to do a V cut and started asking how to do one right in front of me. I told her just to do it straight thinking I wouldn’t be able to see it because my hair would still be long. I made it very clear that I still need to braid my hair and now I can’t even braid it. I wish I just stopped the hair cut.
Love this place...Shaunna is really good especially with Foils and color!!! Most of the staff that work here, have been here for years. I have been going here for years and have never had any complaints, even when I had to go to someone different if my stylist was booked. They listen and do your hair the way you explain and if they don't, then talk to the Manager and she will surely make sure she rectifies the problem.
I can’t say enough amazing things about Susan at Your Place or Mine Hair Salon! I went in with super long hair that hadn’t been cut or even trimmed in almost two years. It had gotten to the point where I couldn’t do anything with it except throw it into a braid or a bun, and the ends were completely dead and lifeless. Susan truly worked her magic.
