Unfortunately, I had family members that died, and the majority of the stuff is theirs. I had some illnesses, but I started at $50 a month. And now, my monthly rental amount is $86. I can't see it.
I rented my storage space for over ten years at My Personal Vault on Franklin St. in Detroit, Mich. #202 with no worries or problems always felt my properties were well protected and safe. Clean, easy to use and purchase a storage unit. Staff was helpful about finding my unit and any information I needed answered.
I have had very satisfactory experiences @ the Vault @ Franklin warehouse - someone always answers or gets back to u if they're on a call. Representative, Regina, has always been helpful telling me when they'll not be open when I call & check during holidays, etc. & let's me know at that time if the elevator is temporarily down. I appreciate all the helpful info since I lost my husband last yr & depend on my daughter to accompany me when I go to unit. Stored valuable paperwork and memorabilia in a clean and secured space since the pandemic. The price was inexpensive and the staff is awesome!
