I have had very satisfactory experiences @ the Vault @ Franklin warehouse - someone always answers or gets back to u if they're on a call. Representative, Regina, has always been helpful telling me when they'll not be open when I call & check during holidays, etc. & let's me know at that time if the elevator is temporarily down. I appreciate all the helpful info since I lost my husband last yr & depend on my daughter to accompany me when I go to unit. My experience with cold storage at Your Personal Vault on Franklin Street has been positive from day one over 25 years ago. The facility is clean. The lighting on the 4th floor needs improvement. Especially over my unit #425. It was always in disrepair. That’s why I gave it 4 rating out of 5 rating. Staff have always been pleasant and helpful, however, I recommend YPV Franklin Street for cold storage.
I've been storing my items at this facility for over 10 years. The price did increase a few times. I was able to transfer more items from a smaller unit to a bigger one, which cost me $140 a month. The only negative thing I would say is that the hours of operation were not always available for me to get into my unit (my working hours from 8-4:30 Mon-Fri) made it difficult at times) and they close early o Saturdays. The staff was very nice and helpful and the place was always clean whenever I went.
I have been storing with this company, Your Personal Vault, for about 20 years. The personnel is very professional, the storage space is clean, and they keep you informed of any administrative changes. I have a cousin who lives in Europe and she has moved her storage space from New York And Philadelphia into Your Personal Vault and she doesn’t even live in the country! My years with Your Personal Vault has been nothing less than pleasant. Great staff, clean facility, safe and secure. I have referred 2 people so far who has obtained a personal storage unit and now they see my experience first hand.
