YPM is a terrible management company that is worse year after year. Kimberly Wilkinson, more inept than Theresa Bradner, is the newest addition to even worse treatment towards co-owners. Kimberly Wilkinson came aboard just this January (2021). She told me that she was told (by whom?) that everything must be in writing. As a resident in my complex for 25 years this was news. Terrible association with an even worse Property Manager! She will talk down to you and talk in circles, arguing with you until you finally just give up. Good luck getting anything fixed properly OR in a timely manner. They have trained their "professionals" not to acquire any extra expenses, so they will put a band-aid over the problem. Horrible service...they are incompetent, rude and are not accountable. I wish that I could leave negative stars..I would not move into any housing if Your Peace of Mind were the property management company. If you call about any issue they quickly get your name out there and everyone knows...so unprofessional. One should be able to contact without the employees divulging information about the issue to the public. Kills me to even leave one star but won't let me submit if I do not.

Service will depend upon the quality of your housing agent. We have one who is trying very hard but working within the limitations of a bad system. There is a slow repair schedule that she can't change. There are also misguided laws and regulations that prevent progress.

If I could give negitive stars, I would. I currently live at a condo within the clutches of this dastardly HOA, and let me tell you STAY THE F*&3K AWAY! They are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with, and have no concern for the end owner, only how fat their pockets can get. They felt it necessary 2-3 years ago to DOUBLE the rate that we all have been paying for 10 years, to cover "further upkeep". Have not seen a single improvement since this rise in dues, and only that the already strapped for cash, living ... read more

Who wants aggravation? – Absolutely not a good management company. If you enjoy inadequate services, no call backs, attitude, and owners to be disrespected and mistreated then maybe this company is right for you. If you have the power to make this choice and all of the above can be offset by friendly manipulation then you have found your choice. Considering all of the other reviews it's fair to imagine what management company wrote the only good one...

My two cents – In my opinion, no property management company is good. Thats what I always thought when my board hired YPM to manage our community. When I researched them I found these comments and thought O'Boy here we go again. We have been using YPM for over 9 months now and I came across this info in City Search again while looking for their website and thought I owed it to YPM to comment.
