Robert Gerich Builder, Robert Geracz Builder, Your New House Building Co, Lion Construction, and Buildahouse.com all of these companies are run by the same person. We were unfortunate enough to fall victim to him. We signed a contract with Mr. Gerich in January of 2014. We struggled and fought with Mr. Gerich through the spring and summer until we took matters into our own hands and finished much the house ourselves. This guy changes his phone number & name because he doesn't pay his sub-contractors or suppliers. Doesn't meet his deadlines. Tells you he can build a house in 6 months and 1 year later still not nearly finished. Don't ruin your dreams of a new house by using him. He will make your life miserable!! And over charge you whenever he can.
