Mike is a slum lord. Called Mike to see if I could help my dad negotiate something to keep his place of residence. Condescendingly he told me he could stay with me. (Duh, just wanted him to maintain some independence while being disabled.) On the eviction date he came to the home and was mocking my stepmom for losing her cat while moving, and laughed while my mom was struggling to lift O2 tanks in her car.
