Horrible follow through, communication, and carrying out requests. Not concerned with tenants health and safety. Landlord/ Owner SC Holdings, same review. Well water tested positive for Ecoli and took them almost a month to follow up on water complaint then all Landlord said was paragraph 26 in your lease says we aren't responsible for you drinking the water. The Worst place had my kids and I living in mold but collecting my 850 a month and when I stop paying wanted to evict me. My kids were affected by the mold my daughter has asthma now and my eldest who has epilepsy had increased seizures!! Does faulty maintenance orders to come and take photos of the property when you don’t pay rent and doesn’t fix ANYTHING!
