Never had any problems with any of the ladies in the office. Julie was always respectful and honest, which is hard to come by these days. Whenever something failed, it was never an issue to be addressed, I think what most people don't realize is that Alot of these landlords have their own maintenance man they will only work with, so the management company can't just send their people out, and that sometimes is not fun, but all in all I had a wonderful experience with Julie and Your Midlands real estate services! For people that rent don't it or give ur deposit they had took my deposit and I had to wait and by the time it was time for me to move the apartment so they refuse to give my deposit back right is right wrong is wrong they wrong ALERT don't not rent nothing from them.
We have been living in our rental for 7 years. I never had an issue with Julie until today. I called to ask her a question regarding what is the estimated time frame the heat would be fixed since we have been without heat since the day after Thanksgiving and we have kids. Horrible follow through, communication, and carrying out requests. Not concerned with tenants health and safety. Landlord/ Owner SC Holdings, same review. Well water tested positive for Ecoli and took them almost a month to follow up on water complaint then all Landlord said was paragraph 26 in your lease says we aren't responsible for you drinking the water. Tells me they knew there was problems with water and well. Pump and tank had to be replaced after shocking the well. Still haven't seen new water test. No one will resp... read more
