I have avoided writing this review for well over a year hoping Pierre would make good on his mistake but have decided I want to protect others from going through what we have with Your Mantel Company. We worked with Pierre to design, build and install our concrete fireplace mantel. Less than a month after it was installed, a 1/4" wide crack running completely through it appeared. These guys are the real deal - just look at the photos and judge for yourself. They were very easy to work with. Francois consulted with us when we visited their shop (don't judge the book by its cover), he did the in-home estimate and he personally supervised the install to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. He was literally on site for several hours, just to be sure it was done right. Replacing our fireplace mantel was a great experience with Your Mantel Company. Francois took us through the process and made it all so easy. The guys installing the mantel did a FANTASTIC job. I strongly recommend this company for installation of a great mantel.!
Painless. Great service & advice, caring crews who were also as clean as can be for this type of project. Pierre and team were able to tailor to fit our current and future flooring plans and I think it worked out great. If I had a need like this again, this would undoubtedly be my first call.
