I had a very negative experience with this dentist. She did not perform X-rays, worked on the wrong tooth, and began drilling without providing pain relief. Additionally, there were serious hygiene concerns, as an unclean child was present in the procedure room during COVID. Her approach to patient care was unprofessional. Additionally, she had her child, who was not properly cleaned, crawling on the floor and observing the procedure, all during COVID. Her approach to patient care was unprofessional, and she even made me uncomfortable by invading my personal space.
