We worked with Your Intown Home to manage four properties when we moved away from Atlanta (one was our prior house, the other three investment properties that we had previously self managed). A Great Team To Work With...
We rented our townhouse in Atlanta through Your Intown Home Property Management for 2 years. The experience was good. They helped us price the rental appropriately. They took care of repairs. Stephanie, Claudia, and Rebecca were all great communicators. Most of all, they are really good at finding and assessing great tenants.
