Karen was able to assist me with an issue happening with our washer and set me up with the best maintence tech, Jay. They were great to work with overall.
While we have had a lot of issues with our AC over our three years in our Your Intown Home-managed property, Gisela, in particular, has been attentive to our needs and diligent in getting contractors out to handle the problems.
We are very pleased with our experience working with Intown Home. The team is extremely kind and helpful. It is a delight to work with them!
