Extremely nasty attitude and charges full listing price. This realtor makes up her own rules for how real estate transactions work. Doesn't honor agreed upon terms and misleads her own clients into lawsuits they wont win. She seems to pretend and wishes she worked as a real estate regulator imagining new terms during the transaction that arnt supported by the actual sales contract wording.
Barb and her team was professional from start to finish with a few hiccups that was associated solely with the buyers agent. The overall experience with how they represented our home and our family was top-notch. I would definitely consider going through them again and highly recommend them.
Barb has done it again! We let her know we wanted to sell our property in January 2026. Sold in 2 weeks from open house to closing due to her marketing. She held an hour long open house on 3 Jan 26 with over 100 people walking through, leading to eight offers to select from three days later. All but one offer were over our asking price!! Horrible experience with Barbara. She is extremely rude. I just looked through the other low reviews. And yes. This is all true. She will just say “I don’t know you. You’re bullying my business” how horrible we have someone like her in the home space in Colorado when there’s so many wonderful kind amazing realtors. Please beware.
When thinking of selling a house the process you imagine is so daunting, but Barb' team made it seem easy. The house was located in Pikes Peak Park, Colorado Springs and was 61 years old. Not the best location, age, or condition for a quick sale. We were on the market in May 2025. The buyer was present during Barb's initial open house and we were negotiating a contract in less than a week after being placed on the market.
