I have a client who had them come and give her a quote on a new roof. She is elderly and has never had to have a roof put on her house until now. The sales person quoted her 26K for the new roof the contractor who got the bid did it for 8K. A different client had a sales person tell her that her windows were not "up to code" to sell her all new windows. Her house and windows are only 10 years old and very much up to code. Sales rep Dennis is great. He is reasonable.. he is not pushy and he does what he says.. customer service lady I've dealt with, I'll keep my comment to myself.. we love our new windows does we had installed in January.. yes we can probably get the windows cheaper elsewhere but hopefully the windows are worth what we are paying..
Just terrible, don't fall for there sales pitch. You can get it done faster elsewhere, and cheaper. Contacted several time they always point you in a different direction or someone else. We put 5k down financed the rest, big mistake. Customer service response was basically a contract is a contract, lesson learned but will be seeking console about it. This is solely based on my opinion but do your research first. Just based on the customer service is my bad review.
We had them come over to get a quote on windows. My husband had to leave before the sales pitch was over for work. The couldn't give me a quote without him their because they want both home owners present. They said they would e-mail it. We haven't seen an e-mail and have called to get the quote with no results. They say that only the representative who was at the house can give the quote.
Pushy sales people, Demand to get inside the house to quote exterior projects, quote prices that are 2 to 3 times other quotes.... AVOID AT ALL COST
