Grand Rapids- We had a tub to shower conversion done. It looks awesome. Jamie did a great job. We had a delay related to the Plummer availability but otherwise things progressed in a timely manner. Thank You Jamie

Windows are nice, screens are garbage, trying to get in contact with anyone to have work finished and unsatisfactory parts replaced is not easy at all. One window was not installed at all, one window was not finished. One window screws were left exposed and hanging out, screens are bowed out, and a screen had multiple holes. I had a bathroom shower install. We have a 104 year old house with asbestos tiles and there was mold on the wall behind the old tub (that they removed). The area was a very odd shape as well. They came in and did all of the measurements and got everything sorted out in a couple days. It took several weeks for everything to get here, but I expected that.
