If you are thinking about working here, please don't... This place is a revolving door. They train classes of 20-30 people at a time and only about 3-4 people end up staying with the company. People quit left and right. First they lie to you in the interview and tell you that you will be required to work overtime randomly when the company really needs it. It was good pay but its the craziest most unorganized call center I have ever worked in and you would think they give a dammn about fixing their issues. Chairs are jacked up and if they ran out of cubicles you had to wait till someone gets off in order to take over. I worked for few months in 2015 and seems they just as nasty and hoodrats still work there. I will let bbb know about them. That was the worst call center i ever worked for. First of all they have no hygiene at all. Carpets are stained, microwaves are always filthy, rooms stinks, they dont care about cleaning after themselves and there is nobody else to clean. They squeeze two people inside each cubicle where it is supposed to be only one.
