This company is absolutely terrible. They sent out a worker who brought his mother with him to the job site that seemed like her only job was to defend the plumber from flooding our basement. The Plumber didnt shut off the water before working on our hot water tank. We have tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage and the company will not give us their insurance info so that we can have the issue resolved. Atrocious. One of the single worst experiences dealing with hired help that I have had in my entire life. A lot of promises followed by zero action. Do not trust this man with anything.

Great company they realy care about ther business we have called them and they had plumber answering the phone that was up frunt with priceing and was redy to give service today although i scheduled for late they were redy to roll that day amazing terry was verry knowledgeable And got the job done rite with no price change from phone guote thanks Terry your gus were great thats why i give u five stars

BEST PLUMBERS IN CHICAGO IF YOU HAVE A PLUMBING EMERGENCY CALL THESE GUYS! My husband and I woke up at 1am to water pouring out of our bathroom ceiling and an inch of standing water on the floor. We called Terry at Your Helpful Plumber and he was ready to help immediately!
