1st time visit today due to poision ivy. Staff was very professional, caring, and genuinely wanted the best for me. I will be back with any future healthcare needs.
Initially saw due to poison oak, bp was sky high. This dr seemed genuinely concerned. Made followup up appt after being put on bp meds. Wasn’t rushed in/out. Truly felt like she actually cared and understood what the problems were and offered solutions to get to the root. Dr Tracy will be my new dr now. So nice not to have to drive to Richardson! Yay me! Didn’t try and nickel and dime. What a gem �for Anna, Your Healthcare. Totally recommend.
What an amazing experience I had with Your Healthcare today!!! I was seen immediately, and the Doctor knew exactly what I needed. I felt good that she walked me thru the test results. I don't have any insurance, so the fact that I am treated equally as someone who does have insurance was very important to me. The costs were reasonable and fair. The treatment was first class! Thank you Dr. Tracy!
It was a great experience ! I love how I was able to be in and out and taken care of. The office is very clean and nice. I hope they take Cigna soon! But even without them accepting my insurance the price was very affordable and reasonable !
I was very impressed with Your Healthcare. The office is very nice and clean. The prices are great, much cheaper than urgent care or an ER. Tracy is very professional and you can tell she really cares about her patients.
