Just bought my 2026 Terrain. Mike helped me out every step of the way and made purchasing a breeze. Day of pick up was an easy one stop shop between financing, insurance and getting the keys. Any question I had got answered by the best.
My wife and I purchased a 2025 Yukon late last year. The purchase went well, but there were some quality control issues that arose after we took delivery, mainly with the paint being thin in some spots, some dents and body panel related problems that were discovered when we got home. I just had a scheduled service done on my 2021 Silverado 1500 at this dealership. Just wanted to send a shout out to the service department and in particular, Jerry, one of the service advisors. All work that was to be performed was explained clearly to me and any questions I had were answered with respect and dignity. At time of pickup, all work performed was again explained in detail. I'll continue to use this dealership for any and all service work. It's always been a great experience.
Highly recommend this dealership! Gurjot made the buying process easy and stress-free - he was patient, communicative, and never made us feel pressured while helping us find the perfect vehicle for our family. Tano and the finance team were great, and they were able to resolve a minor hiccup quickly and fairly. This was easily our best car-buying experience to date!
Like most car dealerships and greasy sales people, they flood you with calls while trying to make the sale but once sale was completed they completely ignored their promises made to repair a specific part that was caught prior to departing the dealership and couldn't be bothered to reply to messages or emails. The GM Doug would rather not reply to an email about poor service and ignore the customers needs and promises made than to focus on his customers and putting people first.
