We called Steven, and he came right away the same day. He checked the problem and we decided to replace both doors so that they would match. My wife stated he was extremely personable and really took the time to educate her on this door vs that door, he really didn't push one solution over another just kept explaining the differences and gave my wife what she needed to make a decision.
Technician was prompt and arrived a few minutes before the appointment. He diagnosed the problem with the garage door and was able to fix it within an hour of his arrival. His prices were less than what was estimated by other professionals. Have already recommended him to our friends and neighbors!

Technician came out and was prompt and courteous and professional. Our garage door broke on a Sunday and he was at our house approx. an hour after our initial call. We will recommend him to anyone we know who will ever need their services.
