Jennifer was very accommodating, flexible, and reliable from the very first email through the conclusion of the event, including some last minute changes and add on’s 48 hours prior. Thank you so much for making our daughter’s graduation day and grad party so beautiful and memorable!!
Placed a $260 floral order for delivery and it was never delivered. First time trying this company as reviews were so good and pictures looked great. Now I’m thinking they were “too good”. When you call the company name is not “Floral Matters” but another name, “Blooms of Dunwood”. Seems SUPER shady. I don’t trust them at all.
