Placed a $260 floral order for delivery and it was never delivered. First time trying this company as reviews were so good and pictures looked great. Now I’m thinking they were “too good”. When you call the company name is not “Floral Matters” but another name, “Blooms of Dunwood”. Seems SUPER shady. I don’t trust them at all.

Absolutely amazing company! We used them for a conference dinner, and our flowers were absolutely spectacular. They were very communicative, always let us know the status of the order and status of delivery, and the quality of the product was outstanding. No complaints at all, and we will use them again. Recommend 100%.
