One of their drivers had some junk in the back of the companies truck bed. A very large object flew from the back and hit my windshield that caused a very large crack and damage to my headlight. I have called three times today and sent an e-mail via chat. No one has reached out to me. With this type of behavior, I would not recommend anyone for your service.

We just had some flooring replaced in our home by Your Floor and we could not be any happier. On time, worked hard and they did a professional job to say the least. The crew put in about 16 hours over 2 days to get my flooring needs done and they didn't cut any corners. They did it the right way. Thank you for your great company, people and workmanship.

Thumbs up for these guys. This is the second home that they have carpeted for us and both experiences have been excellent. The quality of the product and customer service is excellent. They are also honest people to deal with. Example: when they bid the job it included removal of existing carpet and pad and furniture removal and replacement. Love Your Floor! They have a HUGE selection and really knowledgeable and patient sales reps. This was my first time choosing any flooring product and I could not have done it without them. I spent months (yes, months, embarrassing!) searching for the right carpet, and they were so patient with me. Very personal service. When I finally pulled the trigger, ordering was easy and quick, could be done over email. Installation was less than a week later - came home from work to new carpet, yay! Love it! Thanks to the whole team!
I scheduled an appointment online on the 12th for the 21st. at 10:00am with a Salesperson. Today (20th) I get a call and the person (Steve) tells me they will have to cancel the appointment. Whaaat! I asked why... Becuase we don't service the southside of Atlanta... Fayetteville, Jonesboro, Stockbridge? I asked Why not he said " It's to far." Wow!
