Unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. I am handling mother’s estate - I need to file both personal and trust returns. In addition to other items involving a rental property and beneficiaries. I was added to an email thread most likely in error - Eric stated “ I'm a little bothered by someone looking for a "quote" for a trust return. It feels like bottom of the barrel. So, I recently found myself in need of both an amended return for a previous year and the current years returns so, I called up a friend and asked if he knew a solid “tax guy.” My friends response was “I know a GREAT CPA who can take care of anything you need done, he’ll do it right the first time and won’t break the bank doing it.” His recommendation was Eric Pierre. A text lead to a phone call and a couple weeks later, my previous years returns were amended, my liability reduced to nothing and we managed to capture a hefty... read more
