I had trouble reserving unit through the app so I called and the lady was very polite and helpful.
Your Extra Closet was a pleasure to deal with. We only had one situation that needed their intervention and they made the experience seamless and painless. Used a different storage facility in another college town and it was nothing but issues. The experience with YEC was so refreshing!!
Grateful for the ease of booking the reservation from afar, as well as the instant access to the facility for my freshman student to move stuff in and out. We will definitely look at using Your Extra Closet again in the future!
