When we first started this appointment an angry customer came in demanding her nails to be fixed. Our appointment was for 5 we were left waiting for a half an hour, we then got seated at 530 when my friends manicure was half way done the manicurist left doing my friends nails to start another person’s pedicure. When I asked the owner why my friends nails weren’t getting finished I was told that manicurist doesn’t know how to do the powder only the one person knows how to do the powder. Which is the owner. I went in for a face wax and ended up with a burn on my skin. The staff didn’t seem properly trained or attentive, and now I’m left with visible damage and pain. Extremely unprofessional and unsafe. I would not recommend this salon to anyone until they improve their standards and training. I’m going to take legal action on you.
Been coming here for my pedicures since they opened. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend their services.
