STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This property management company is a textbook example of how NOT to run a business. My strong recommendation: do not sign a contract with them. You’ll save yourself endless headaches by managing your property on your own or hiring a competent manager who offers better service for the same or even lower cost. For some suspicious reason, they recently changed their name from "Your Dream Real Estate" to "The Dragonfly Property Management," but nothing else has changed. AVOID them at all costs! Communication is terrible, with calls and emails ignored for weeks, and tenants are often left in the dark. The owner is super rude and unprofessional. I have never seen such a terrible service provider in my life. prime example of a bad property management company, 0 stars, do not recommend. Do not sign up at Your Dream Real Estate, . Our properties that were on the market for 6 months and in a terrible state.
