My husband went to the Pocomoke office this morning he has met his yearly deductible and does not need a copay they refused to treat him unless he paid $75 all they had to do was call the 800 number on back of BCBS card to verify. He went to the immediate care in Princess Anne no copay was charged very friendly fast service treated him and gave prescriptions will never go back to Docs In again

Was suffering from a stomach bug and was severely dehydrated. Three nurses in total could not put in an IV. I left after that an went to Atlantic general where it took one nurse one attempt to give me the iv. Customer service was great nurses are not experienced! If you need care go to emergency room or the urgent care in princess anne. Stay away from the Pocomoke location!
Doctor that care Ford never examined my 19 year old son just asked couple of questions prescribed medicine that made him violently ill and 5 days in hospital and he did not even have what ford diagnosed him with without exam. DO NOT GO HERE
I went Sat am was told I had Thrush...NOT Contagious and given Rx for antifungal in INFANT dosage. Was able to see my primary on Tuesday and I actually have Strep and Shingles! Both contagious and not fungal. Wrong Diagnosis, wrong treatment, wrong dosage. Better off going to the ER next time...you may wait, but at least they wont cause more damage

RecommendedIn and out in fantastic time this morning; my horrible allergy problem addressed, meds and inhaler prescribed, off to pharmacy to have filled, doc offered to give me rest of day off from work, but already my day off, darn! Hope to feel so much better by time I head to NYC Saturday morning. Very, very nice experience there today, but actually I gave never had anything to complain about. Thank you
