My husband went there (South Salisbury Blvd location) for a pre surgery Covid-19 test. He was treated like he had the plague by the receptionist. Was told to wait in the car, even though the waiting room was full of other people. It’s a pre surgery test... he has no symptoms, it’s simply to rule it out...just like all of the other pre surgery testing.
I was tested for Covid at the south Salisbury location on 9/11 after being exposed by a family member. I was told I would receive my results in 2-5 days. Today (9 DAYS LATER), I was told that none of the labs that they use have any record of my test. In other words, Your Docs In LOST my test. I’ve been forced to self- isolate and work from home for 9 days already. I would like to add that prior to today, I had called the clinic probably 10+ times to inquire about my results. Worst experience sat there for over an hour. I watched people who arrived after get seen before me and leave while I still sat there. The women at the front couldn’t even give an explanation as to why. I will never go to this place again. I will tell everybody to never visit this place.
So disappointing. We live here. My teenage son went there at 5:45 PM with his father who had ID and insurance. My son did not. They refused him service. They live five minutes away. when they said they could be back in 15 minutes or so they said sorry we will be closed. Thanks for supporting the locals that give you business year round. Not!

my sister is from out of town and she's really feeling bad. I called the office across from SU before going there to ask if they took her insurance.They said that they did. We get thete, fill out paperwork and wait. When they called her up to get her insuance and ID, only then did they tell her that they didn't take her insurance. Seriously, get your act together and have the employee's get on the same page. Obviously, tye rrght hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

The wait can be a bit long but that’s to be expected at an urgent care facility. You can save time by making your appointment online.
