Your Detail was fantastic -- I booked the basic package for a Mazda CX-30 compact SUV and Jeremy went above and beyond. I was amazed at how clean the car looks afterwards, inside and out. He even removed and cleaned thoroughly a rodents' nest on the car battery under the hood that had accumulated during the past weeks' weather storms. I had a great experience getting my car detailed - It truly looks like a brand new car. The detailer came on time and spent about 4-5 hours in total on my Mazda and I’m beyond happy with the result!
Excellent communication and customer service! Had to reschedule twice due to inclement weather conditions, but Your Detail was responsive and accommodating every step of the way. The discounted pricing that they offered for the unforeseen inconvenience(s) was a nice touch. The detailer did a fantastic job. I used Your Detail today on my Hyundai Palisade and was incredibly happy with the experience. Booking the appointment was a breeze through their website, which made it very clear the differences in the different detail packages they offer.
