You should definitely re-evaluate your business model when dealing with potential new customers. With the emails I've recieved from Kimberly I would personally NEVER do buisness here and I'm glad I didnt. Please remind your staff it's not how about THEY feel, it's about the customer.
I loved the service and Timothy and Jimmy were outstanding to work with. If they can get me in a car with my credit (and not another piece of junk), they can get you in a car.

He will lie to you about inside door covers that wasn't there when you bought the car and tell you straight to your face he will take care of the problem and call you later that day and call me a liar that I took them off my car. Why would you take something off your car if it makes it look better.
They waisted my wife time,,they cant help folks with bad credit.. Everthing they advertise is a LIE!!
