Rachel has made the purchase of our first home go smoothly. She is very patient and really took the time to explain things to my wife and I. As we were finalizing our purchase and some questions and concerns came up with our lender she straightened everything up for us and made us feel at ease. Mike helped me with the process of finding desirable 55+ properties in the Denver area while I was living out of state. He was very responsive to my texts, e-mails and phone calls. With Mike's expert help I was able to find a perfect home, negotiate a good price and close quickly. Mike continues to help me with valuable referrals as I work to arrange for remodeling and prepare for my move to Denver from out of state.
Excellent on follow-up. Was able to save our deal through creative negotiation. Keeps on top of all matters. Our negotiations were difficult because seller was trust involving 3 sibling heirs of deceased owner. Always replied quickly, when called.
