Chad was GREAT to work with throughout the sales process – very professional, and responsive to meet our requirements to close the sale. I would never recommend this dealer ever. Bought a 2002 Jetta a few years ago and had nothing but problems from day 1. The car needed a spare key and we were told VW keys have to be ordered from Germany which would take about 2 months. (We contacted VW york because of all the problems and ask about this, they said the key could be done there but YOrk VW doesn’t do business with these guys anymore ) Turns out it wasn’t a “local trade” it was an auction car.
