My experience at this place was terrible from the very beginning. As soon as I arrived, I felt bad energy and received very unprofessional service. They didn’t even know which package I had purchased, and their system couldn’t find it, which was already very frustrating. During the 4D ultrasound, everything felt rushed, as if they just wanted me to finish quickly without caring about my experience. Hoy me realicé una ecografía y la experiencia fue maravillosa. Estoy de 27 semanas y salí feliz porque pude ver la carita de mi bebé con muchísima claridad. La Dra. Angélica fue un encanto: atenta, paciente y muy profesional. Se tomó el tiempo de buscar las mejores tomas, siempre con la intención de que yo estuviera tranquila y disfrutara el momento. El ambiente del lugar es cómodo, limpio y muy acogedor. Me sentí muy bien cuidada desde que llegué. ¡Mil gracias y totalmente recomendado!
Angelica was absolutely incredible during our visit! Her warmth, professionalism, and excitement made the whole experience feel magical. She took her time to get the best images of our baby, and her joy when we saw that little face on the screen made the moment even more special. It wasn’t just a scan it was a memory we’ll cherish forever, and Angelica was a huge part of that. Thank you for your kindness, patience, and for making us feel like more than just clients. I had an incredible experience with Janetsy, the ultrasound technician. Even though I called last minute, worried about not feeling my baby, she was very kind and empathetic. She explained everything clearly, and her knowledge reassured me. What I appreciated the most was her patience; she took the time to try and show me my baby’s face in 3D, making the moment truly special. I highly recommend this place and Janetsy for her professionalism, warmth, and expertise.
