Wilmer at Your 1 Plumber came late to the appointment. Then we had a problem with water leaks in the house. Wilmer changed the flapper and another part on one of the three toilets in the house but the leaks were never repaired. All three of my toilets had leaks when Wilmer left. He never fixed the problem but charged astronomical price without fixing the problem. Wilmer never offered to come back and fix the problem. I had to pay another plumber to come out and fix the problem.

Water heater was leaking and after requesting service by email I received a call back from Wilmer within 15 minutes. It was a Saturday and Wilmer was doing his best to get my water heater the same day. I was working so I couldn't be home until 4pm. Mario was there at 4pm and done by 6pm. So thrilled to have hot water again and Mario showed me how to properly drain the tank which I will no do yearly. Was fortunate to find your company and will use again if necessary in the future.

eplaced hose-bib which could not be repaired. They arrived in excellent time and knew exactly what to do! Also did it at a much better price than I had been quoted by another plumber

The experience overall was fantastic and the deal was a bargain for what we got. We will be signing up for the yearly service plan with the company and we think we've found our plumbing company for life. Scheduling the appointment was easy, no hassles or difficulty getting a hold of the company. Day of service the company called 30 minutes prior to let us know our technician (provided specific name) was on their way. Great Service. We had a leak search done, it was found and and fixed. We also had a hot water heater put in. This service was expensive however you pay for what you get and I think we got excellent on time service, and exceptional work done on our bath and utility rooms.

Today the technician Shawn came to my home. He replaced a garbage disposal for me which was quick, easy, and of course affordable to fit my budget. He spoke to me previously about my diferent options and according to my budget and his expertise I chose the best option. He came to my home within the window of arrival. Also left the area so nice and clean you would have never known he was even there. Bottom line: You'll pay for what you get. First, the positives: 1. They are prompt, came within a couple hours of my call, and completed the work in one day. No leaks*. 2. They mean what they say about redoing the work if you're not satisfied: The owner himself called me angry I would post a negative review without calling him first. He personally came today, we discussed what I was unhappy with, and he and the original tech redid it. I think that's impressive. I received excellent service from this company. They came in my home found the leak, made the repairs with the price we agreed upon. The technician was very professional and knowlegeable. If you are in need of a plumber, I recommend Your 1 Plumber.
