I orderd flowers for my wife from a website that contracted with this florist. The flowers were supposed to be delivered during normal business hours from 9-5 pm. The delivery didn't show up until 6 pm and dropped off with the security guard. My wife was already home and wouldn't get the flowers on the day promised. Then we she finally received the flowers in the morning there were broken stems and the flowers didn't look fresh. The website had this florist replace the flowers and deliver them that day.
