I orderd flowers for my wife from a website that contracted with this florist. The flowers were supposed to be delivered during normal business hours from 9-5 pm. The delivery didn't show up until 6 pm and dropped off with the security guard. My wife was already home and wouldn't get the flowers on the day promised.
