I posted a post on the Youngsville Community page looking someone to take a look at my husbands 2015 Silverado. It had been jerking, making very noticeable noises, and hesitating to go into gear. On my post I was referred to Youngsville Auto by an employee. We dropped the truck off and he received a call a few days later and they stated nothing was wrong and wanted to charge $400 to change the fluids. RecommendedHad a great experience at Youngsville Auto Care. Highly knowledgeable crew and very honest. They suspected my repair could be done under manufacturer warranty and suggested I have Ford look at my truck before going any further. They may be a dying breed in this industry, but they earned a customer for life in me today.
It’s very convenient to preschool and I’ve swung by. They have been great! I needed them again today. It ended up being my alternator. While I walked down the street to preschool and hung out and had lunch with my child and taught music class, they were working. He called by the time I was done with class to say it was done! I walked up and was back at preschool before pick up! Thank you so very much for getting me back on the road!
