I had trouble getting a quote (or even a response) from other companies because they do not want to be bothered with small jobs. Two other companies gave me a quote and then didn't show up nor return subsequent phone calls. Young's made an onsite visit & gave me a quote on the same day as my request through Home Advisor. Joe called me after agreeing to perform the work and indicated they had a conflict and we rescheduled for the next day. They showed up promptly performed all the requested work professionally. Joe and his crew didn't mind me watching the work, since one of the trees was close to the house. But, watching them really showed their skills. At no time was the house at risk with the way the took the tree down in sections and with the use of the ropes to control the falling of cut limbs. They did a great job. I had over 8 pine trees (a few were fairly large) removed from my backyard area near the back of my house. They removed the trees proficiently, ground down the stumps, and had all the tree clearing debris cleaned up before they left. A great job, at a reasonable price.
Young's Tree Service did an awesome job. They took out 2 trees that were up against the house with no problem. They also climbed two trees and trimmed them off the roof. Later a man came with a stump grinder. He did a great job getting rid of the stumps. Our yard looks so much better. I would highly recommend them for any tree work.
