First time I used them I called to ask the price to have a pair of pants hemmed. I was told $5. When I got there they told me $10 and that that was the price they always charged. Whatever, I paid it. I should have learned my lesson from this experience. But I didn’t. The next time I took a suit in and asked if it could be let out to fit me. I was told that it could be done because there was plenty of material left to let it out. $34 for the jacket and $16 for the pants $50 total. I agreed. I have used this place for years for alterations. Recently we went there for my daughter’s wedding and the prices charged were very inconsistent with each girl and made no sense! They were ridiculous charges! When we ask for explanation she was very rude - I said we would not be returning or recommending any longer - she told me she did not care, she had plenty of customers and hung up the phone on me. So unprofessional! Beware if you go - they are very inconsistent! Please do not go here!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I few of my bridesmaids took their dress here to get altered. One bridesmaid needed the dress hemmed and the straps taken in maybe an inch, another needed the same but the straps taken in 2 inch’s. This seems like very little work but each dress was $81 and $73 for alterations. My last bridesmaid had to have her dress let out at least 3 inches which seems to me like a lot of work (at least a lot more than the other 2) and was only charged $43. Took a bridesmaids dress to get altered just needed the shoulders taken in and the bottom hemmed because the length was too long. I was charged $75 for this. Another bridesmaid in the wedding had to have her dress taken out and more extensive alterations and she was only charged $40. the pricing has no rhyme or reasoning to it. This lady did my wedding dress for $70. Which was very reasonable. More recently she did a bridesmaid dress for a friend that had minor alterations in length and in shoulders for $40 reasonable, she also did two bridesmaid dresses for $40 which is very reasonable yet pricing doesn’t seem consistent, at the same time she did a bridesmaid dress for me, let me just mention it was the same dress which the dress cost me $100, she charged me $80 for minor alterations! Love Love LOVE these ladies! From cheer uniforms, to Halloween costumes, their work is exceptional, and they have always gone above and beyond my expectations. They’re so sweet to work with, and make you feel right at home..like you’ve been there a thousand times! They even stayed late one day because I was stuck in traffic and couldn’t get there to pick up my daughter’s uniform before the big game. I will always use them, and so very highly recommend them!
