Do not use this company ! They came and fixed a gas leak. After they fixed the leak and lit the boiler they said flames were shooting out and I needed a new boiler. After paying them 10k to fix a gas leak and replace the boiler my upstairs heat doesn't work. After 7 months of calling they finally came back to fix the heat and they said there are no pipes for my upstairs heat. Ms. Rude Kim said a master plumber was there and confirmed the pipes are not there. Who in their right mind would remove the pipes for their upstairs ... read more
This plumber is not only rude but very incompetent be aware. Omar young diagnosed my heater and told me I needed a new one. I agreed to installed a new one less than a month later the heater would not work i pent an entire week contacting him he told me he would come back to fix issue and never showed up.
