I'm soooo disappointed. I've been coming here for six months and had heard other people complain about them always getting a different price for the same procedure. Well today it happened to me. Now I have to find another nail salon. The sad thing is they do really good work,so there's no need to stab customers in the back by over charging. Please make sure you get a price Everytime or they get you.
People need to stop giving high ratings to this company because she posts on Temecula Talk. I invested a lot of money into them and had a bad job done and treated even worse when I asked it to be done!!!! Is there a way to post a picture!!??
I really loved this place, the nail technicians were amazing but the way we were treated when paying was very unprofessional. I booked pedicures for 3 of us through text message and said we were all 1st time clients; when we were paying the lady at the front told us that next time 3 people receive the same service there will be an additional charge of $10 per person. That makes no sense to me, why should I have to pay more money to receive the same service as everyone else??? I will never be back.
This place is fantastic! It is so relaxing. They have semi-private pedicure areas with soothing music & water sounds in the background and fabulous colors and styles to pick from. Way more than any salon I have ever been to. The nail techs do awesome work�
I don't usually write reviews but I'm definitely disappointed. I decided to try out their signature pedicure today because of all the reviews... I showed up 10 min early and services started at least 5-10 min late...not terrible but the woman who checked me in also became the woman who did my pedicure. I have to say I'm really happy � with @youngsnailspa and my mani-pedi. The place is very tranquil, professional and the moment you step inside it transforms your mood and know you'll be pampered... if you know me you know I'm very picky with my nail place and the nail techs. Definitely, found a place I will be returning to.
I was so impressed and can't wait to go back! It was the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had. I loved that they asked about allergies and medical conditions. I liked the steam and egg yolk on my legs. I enjoyed the tea and warm neck pillow. The seating allowed for privacy with the curtain dividers.
