Yesterday I tried to reach out to the owner of “The New Youngs Motors” About an ongoing situation with Chrysler Capital the Lean company. The old Youngs has the transaction in there books and I was calling to check the status of something Chrysler Capital told me 1 week ago. They requested a particular email from the new Youngs and yesterday told me they had not received a reply. I brought my Jeep in to be serviced and the service was fine but a couple weeks back I started receiving a call everyday from a 518 area code (same area code my cell number is). I finally picked up and it is someone calling "on behalf of" the new youngs motors looking to get information on my Jeep to "upgrade it". If YOU (Young's Motors) want to call me and offer me a deal, great go for it. Please do not pass my information to a third party call center to call me EVERYDAY.
