I applied here back in April or May and I paid both the application fee and security deposit. I was denied the apartment that I was applying for and they told me that I would be able to get my deposit back. Fast forward to now (August) and I yet to receive my deposit. I've been told I can come pick it up and when I get there no one is ever in the office, then I was told that they would mail it in 45 business days only to wait the entire time and it never shows up. Everything has been really nice and peaceful I’ve been living there going almost two years now even the management has been very delightful and friendly

Nice tucked away neighborhood! The assistant manager Dominique is very informative and takes her time with explaining all of the details in terms of lease and amenities that are offered on the property! Apartment need a face-lift but so far, no complaints.

Never had any issues with bugs, our unit is a fairly updated one. It’s quite out here, and the neighborhood itself runs pretty deep, with lots of family’s, elders and more. The only thing I’d say is for the price, there should be a better park, a better area for pets to run and do its business, because there are LOTS of kids as well as dogs in the community, this place has potential to be its best, maybe a picnic area? Anyway, this is overall a good place to move.
