I discovered at about 3:30 my freezer wasn't working, checked on line what was available in town, went to Young's Appliance, told them that's the one, they checked on delivery, paid at 4:12, they had the freezer in place, helped transfer the food, put outside door back on, and I joined my daughter for supper at 5:40. Kudos!
Probably the best customer service is have ever had. Zero pressure!

Not a good experience with salesperson Paula. She misled us on when our furniture would arrive and didn't even bother to call us to keep us informed about it. If I go back I will not be dealing with her!!
