I went in for a free consultation at Younger World in Downey, and it was unprofessional from the moment I walked in. The front desk was covered in brochures, and the receptionist looked like she’d just rolled out of bed hair up in a messy bun and clothes that looked more like she was about to curl up on the couch to watch a movie than work at a medi-spa.
