This is my first Toyota, Tim was very perfessional, knowledgeable about the truck i was interested in. Tim made it very clear that even after the sale he would make himself available for any questions i have about the truck. I nice to feel like Tim was not just looking to get my money, he wanted make sure i was getting the truck i wanted.
This is where a 10 minute oil change takes 100 minutes on average. I took my car there at 3:00 p.m., at 4:30 p.m. when I asked about update, I was told that oil change usually takes 90 minutes. Finally I got my car back at 4:45 p.m. only for a simple oil change and tire rotation. That is actually more than 100 minutes for a 10, maximum 15 minutes job. Since complimentary service from Toyota has ended on my car, I will take it to other service center for future oil changes.
