Best experience purchasing a new car I've ever had. Despite having to wait a few weeks for delivery to the lot I could not be more satisfied with my new vehicle. The team at Younger was professional and the process was easy. It was a pleasure working with Brian Fearnow to buy my new Tacoma.
I want to share this review because it cost me almost one thousand dollars to fix. I came Monday for an oil change, tire rotation and everything else that’s included which i would assume they should know if something is wrong with my Camry. I leave with nothing but a $350 repair estimate for my hood struts. Two days later my engine light went off and my car overheated a few minutes later. Tim Moats is is 5 stars!! He's your go to for car shopping. I was upfront with Tim about my budget and where I needed to be at and he delivered. Key takeaways from my experience with Tim and the team: 1 Tim is extremely organized and is good with reciting key information. He walked me through the gadgets on the car. Awesome place!! BUT: Awesome place!! BUT: Do not buy any cars from Fastlane. They are horrible. A lot of problems with them like transmissions issues, bald tires, engine over heating and tire suspension clanking. They will fix the minimum so they can pass inspection and then promise the customer that they will fix it when they come back and then when the customer does come back with any type of issue they go back on their promise.
