Cody Shaw and his team were wonderful. I came in being upside down in my vehicle's equity, but they made a deal work to get me out of that nightmare and into a reliable used Toyota RAV4 hybrid. They were also able to work out an extended warranty for me through their company. That decision provides an extra sigh of relief because now I can travel and know that if my car breaks down I'll be near a facility that can fix it AND take my warranty. Make the adultier adult decision and buy a Toyota vehicle from them.
The work I had done such as brakes , oil change tire rotation and filters was done very fast and like that.
The service department is incompetent and dishonest. Wife had her vehicle there for maintenance. Appointment was for, I believe 1030am. She was told it would be 2 to 3 hours, no big deal. Primarily just fluid and filter changes. Around 3pm rolls around and she hasn’t heard anything from them, so she calls. Turned out her vehicle hadn’t even been brought into the shop yet. Then came the barrage of excuses. “I only have one technician and this massive job going on. It’s not my fault.” Blah, blah, blah. Only needed to call her ... read more
