Absolute worst dealership around. They will not answer their phone, respond to texts, or emails. They claim they replaced a part on my girlfriends truck, just to find out they never touched the truck and then proceeded to claim they didnt know anything about it. I don't know if they're hiring people from a jiffy lube but it sure seems like it, terrible place.
I recently made my sixth purchase of a pre-owned car from this dealership. We’ve been happy customers with them since our first purchase in 2015. They make the process easy and are very efficient (once I selected the vehicle I wanted, I finished paperwork and drove away in my vehicle in less than an hour!). Travis Harrison was a great salesman to work with and I’d highly recommend him and the lot.
Trinity was great!! Explained the car to me and was very experienced with the workings of the car. Even turned on the purple ambient lighting.
Purchased a 2026 Nissan Rogue today from Jake. Wow what a pleasant experience! Great salesman and answered all my questions. Will certainly asked for him the next time I want to buy another Nissan.
Walked in and met a young man David Prince and had the most pleasant time buying a car. No hassles, straight shootin' , took all the stress off and easy from the get go. All the way to Finance , Mr. Little was very informative and made the transaction easy as well. The service department was top notch. We ordered a hitch for the car and after a little set back due to shipping , they got it done and out the door. Very professional. My husband and I would definitely recommend Springfield Nissan. Thank you to the whole team.
