The salesman was awesome, very friendly and helpful. The finance guy was okay at first but was incredibly rude after we didn’t buy a warranty. He tried to scare us into buying a warranty by telling us how much technology is in the car and how it can go wrong. I guess your finance guy doesn’t have much faith in Nissans.
Jeremiah T. was fabulous! I arrived to the dealership, not entirely sure what I wanted, and he was extremely patient and kind. He directed me to the Pathfinder; showed me multiple different trims, colors, and options. Jer spent his whole day working with me, and I left very happily with a lovely Pathfinder! 10/10 service and experience!
We brought our 2017 Nissan Rogue in fir a recall service on a dash wiring harness. The staff in the service department were attentive, professional and the work was done in the timeframe stated. Our car was returned to us freshly washed. Very happy with the service provided!
This has been the worst experience i have ever had specifically with the nissan service department i went in for a simple fix and now my car has been in 4 separate times most recently my gas pump wasn't hooked back up correctly and my car was leaking gas and a week later I still have no car take your car anywhere else but here
