LOVE Aqua Yoga in the hot pool with Leslie on Tues and Thurs eve - gentle but strengthening. Leslie's enthusiasm is supportive and uplifting. (Cold pool laps ahead of time and sauna after make a winning combo!) Grateful to have this local opportunity.
I just joined the Y and already love it. The classes the staff are all great.

I love the YWCA. Personally for me it is a lifesaver. The warm water therapeutic pool programs and adult free swim times fit my lifestyle and physical capabilities and have helped my mobility immensely. I also find it affordable on a fixed retirement income. The employees and instructors are kind, and very helpful. I special shout out to Carol at the front desk, who is a ray of sunshine.
