GREAT Prices, Prompt Service I have to say that his prices are excellent! I called around the area for prices on a check-up for my new puppy, and most places charge anywhere from $80 to $120.... But Dr. Young's place is $35 for check-up, shots, worming AND they do the first dose of Frontline for FREE. Plus, they were able to get me in quickly. Despite my short notice, they scheduled my apt for only 3 days out. (They were able to squeeze me in on black friday)
Poor Service!!! WOW I have NEVER come across such a rude staff. I called to ask a few questions about my upcoming visit and was treated so badly I felt compelled to write a review! After hanging up with the woman who answered I immediatly called back to cancel the appt. She asked for my last name , I told her she then said ok and hung up! If that is the level of service to be expcted at this vet...no thank you!!! I'm not going to pay someone to be rude to me! Great service My family has been using Dr Young for years. Last year he saved my boxer from a very bad infection,possibly parvo. He is a very compasionate doctor and his staff has always been excellent. It is just a shame he is no longer able to do surgery, and is now limited in what all he can do.
